Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours in advance will be refunded 50 percent of the Amount paid for the excursion Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will NOT be entitled to a refund. In case of not showing up for the excursion you will NOT be entitled to a refund. All refunds are made only with prior authorization from the PROMOCION QUINTANARROENSE DE TOURS, SA. OF CV. and will be made in the same form of payment as when the tour was purchased. This receipt is proof of payment for the contracted services. NO refund will be made if this receipt is not presented at the time of request.


PROMOCION QUINTANARROENSE DE TOURS, SA. OF CV. or their representatives only act as agents of the suppliers and other service providers and are NOT responsible for any loss, damage or accident, changes in the schedule or any other irregularity that may arise due to force majeure or damage caused by third parties. The contracted services will be provided only by presenting this receipt; otherwise PROMOCION QUINTANARROENSE DE TOURS, SA. OF CV. will not be responsible if the service was not given.


It is a requirement to take the tour to present an official identification that proves that you are the owner of the reservation. Passport - INE - Driver's license - Military Card - Professional Certificate - Visa


The act of registration or purchase implies full compliance with the aforementioned conditions.

Policies for Transfer service

Cancellation & No show
Arrival and departure transfers in Cancun and Riviera Maya. Cancellation with 24 hours before the service without charge. Subsequently to this and NO SHOW, total charge of 100 percent of the service charged. In the case of Hotel - airport departures, the assigned unit waits a maximum of 15 minutes after the assigned Pick up time. In the event that customers are not ready, it will be considered NO SHOW and the total charge applies without the right to claim reimbursement.
